Portable Table Rental & Portable
Pro Massage Chair Rentals
KNEADING HANDS Therapeutic Supplies and Services offer day rentals
of portable massage tables and chairs. Customers are responsible for
any damages, loss or theft of rental items. Rentals are subject to

Massage chair $29.95/day plus GST. Portable table $24.95/plus GST.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES TERMS

MINIMUM ORDERS
No minimum is required. No order is too large or too small!
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. On
custom orders we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, balance due
on receipt of the order. Generally custom orders may not be returned.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
KNEADING HANDS Therapeutic Supplies and Services guarantees satisfaction
with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation,
please follow these procedures within 14 days from the date of purchase
to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit.
1. Call 1-(506)652-HAND (4263) or toll free at 1-888-449-HAND (4263) to speak with a representative where
you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Please send a note stating purchaser’s name, address and order
number and reason for return. Be sure to include the RA#.
3. Send returns to: KNEADING HANDS Therapeutic Supplies and Services,
117 Union Street, Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada E2L 1A5
4. Please keep a record of shipment until you have received credit
or replacement. Returns and claims are to be received within 14 days;
we will not accept returns or claims without RA# (return Authorization
Number). Returned items must be in original unused condition and in
original packaging. A re-stocking fee of 15% may apply. Your original
receipt will be required. We will not accept returns on opened Oils,
lotions, crèmes, Spa products, essential oils, software, books,
videos, cassettes, Cd’s or used items. Return delivery cost is
the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
We pack each box securely to prepare it for its journey to your door,
but damages sometimes still occur. If a box is obviously damaged,
you may refuse the shipment and then call us so we can arrange replacement
items for you. If you discover the damages after you open the box,
please call us within 24 hours of receipt by phone or fax and let
us know which of the items in the box is damaged so we can replace
them. Please keep the box and all packing material in case shipping
inspection is required. You may be required to contact the shipping/delivery
company. For return of defective products you will require RA# and
your original receipt. We recommend items be insured with your shipping
agent against possible loss or damage.
Shipping will not be refunded on orders. If you are unsure or have
questions please feel free to use the professional and helpful advice
of our staff. KNEADING HANDS Therapeutic Supplies and Services reserves
the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs,
cost and delivery schedules.
PRICING
All pricing is subject to change without notice and applicable taxes
will be added. Exact amount of shipping cost plus GST will be charged
to your credit card. Freight charge is based on weight and distance.
8% PST applies to Ontario residents only.
OVERSIZED/HEAVY ITEMS
Separate charges apply to overweight items like massage tables, chairs,
Hydrocollators, massage stones and other heavy or large items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping and handling for all International Orders varies. Please

ITEMS SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM MANUFACTURER
If an item you order is not in stock, we may have it shipped directly
from the manufacturer, for this reason, these items may take up
to 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending on the manufacturer’s
assembly time.
BACK ORDERS
We will automatically back order any out of stock items for up to
30 days. Your full shipping charge will be paid with your initial
shipment and no additional charge will be made for shipping when
your back order ships out.
PAYMENT
Our Prices on our Web site and Catalogue are in Canadian currency.
You may use debit, MasterCard, Visa or mail us a money order. COD’s
may be paid for using money order or cashier’s check only.
